Brief Description
It is always said that if there is no new clients in a year, most companies would still survive on existing clients, but if its operations completely breaks down for a week, most would not. Such is the importance of the operations team in an organization which is a fact that is often overlooked. However, having badly-run operations would also cause the organization to suffer. So how do we make our Operations effective, fit and capable to support the aspirations of the organization? Better still, how do we make our Operations the centre of excellence, a benchmark for others?
