Brief Description
Developing people into good managers is hard work but developing leaders is even harder! Leaders, unlike managers, possess certain behaviours, thinking, attitude, emotional intelligence and ability to act that ordinary managers lack of. Yet, in the increasingly challenging operating environment, have good leaders are essential in every organization and may be one of the key factors in determining the success of an organization and its survival in the longer run.

Methodology/ Duration
It is highly recommended that this workshop is conducted off-site as the experience will significantly enhance learningand conversion. We will use a combination of indoor and outdoor lecture, discussions, break-out groups, assignments and simulation activities/ games. Typical duration is 3 days 2 nights.
