Brief Description
 

Almost every manager and leader can perform well when things are going well but many failed when things are not. Yet, all organizations would face difficult situations simply due to the constantly changing and difficult environment we operate within.  As such, people with the skills in handling difficult situations or crisis will always be needed.The more people with such skills we have in our organization, the lesser is the probability of us having to handle full-blown crisis as they are being handled well throughout the organization.
