Having engaged employees always ranks among the top 3 of employers wish list when asked what kind of employees they want. The reason is obvious, engaged employees are more committed to achieving the organization’s goals, they’re more dedicated to its cause and are generally more committed in their work. The challenge however, is how do we develop engaged employees and what do we need to do to sustain the engagement?
