Brief Description
Organizations require all staff to perform at an optimum level in order to achieve its goals and aspirations. As such, staff performance must be managed effectively. In people management, this is an area that always creates the most controversy and dissatisfaction. Given such importance, how do we then manage performance in a fair and equitable manner that it encourages improvement in staff performance?
