Brief Description


The current demands of running an operations or a business especially in a global or large organizations resulted in the creation of a multitude of relationships that are important to be managed effectively in order to ensure the organization’s success. One of those relationships is related to stakeholders i.e. those who have influence over our organization be it as a party impacted by our actions and decisions or as a party that has a say over how we run things. Stakeholders are an important lot. For managers or leaders, stakeholders can create a situation where things can move smoothly and effectively or otherwise, create a lot of unnecessary pressure and blockages that makes running the business or operations difficult and stressful. Just who are these people and how could they create so much impact in the running of a team; and how does a manager or leader manage them effectively?
