BUSINESS GOALS MANAGEMENT

Brief Description

Business goals are normally set by the senior management and for these goals to be achieved; they require everybody and every part of the organization to play its part and meet its own sets of goals.  However and very often, as the overall goals “travel” downwards in the organization hierarchy, they get lost in translation, confused, or worst, simply ignored. So how do we make sure the organizational goals are well cascaded and acted upon throughout? How do we make sure they are effectively monitored and acted upon such that we can have an advanced warning if things do not point to the right way?
