GOAL ALIGNMENT
Brief Description
All organizations set goals depending on what they aspire to achieve. While these goals seem clear to the people who set them, they may not be that clear as the goals travel down the organizational hierarchy. When employees do not feel aligned or connected to the goals set, getting ownership and commitment will be difficult. How do we get employees to fully understand and accept the goals, own them and commit to actions to deliver these goals?
