Brief Description
The journey to excellence and success is often filled with challenges and failures. Sometimes, things don’t work out the way we want them to. Sometimes, we face difficult situations. For some leaders, it’s time to cut the losses – quit & leave. Only exceptional leaders will stay put and work the team out and up. Stories of these transformational leadership is often heard but are often linked to the personality involved. Is there a way to learn these skills such that they can be implemented by managers/ leaders on smaller scale?

Methodology/ Duration
Classroom-based using a combination of lecture, discussions, break-out groups, assignments and simulation activities/ games. Typical duration is 2 days. There is also a 3 days 2 nights offsite version which includes experiential-based learning which has a significantly higher rate of learning conversion
