Brief Description



Recruitment/Promotion error often produces adverse results such as higher cost, waste of resources and productivity, disruption to work, etc. While documents will provide proof of selected academic and non-academic competencies, the final hiring/promotion decisions will be based on the interview carried out. As such, it is very critical that interviewers possess the required skills and knowledge to conduct effective interviews.

Methodology/ Duration

This will be a classroom-based workshop, conducted using a combination of lectures, discussions, break-out groups, assignments and simulation activities/ games, role-plays, etc. Typical duration is 2 days.
