Brief Description


Many of the problems in an organization come from ineffective managers. Most believe that people do not leave the organization but they leave “bad” managers instead. Despite the significant importance of having effective managers and the success they can bring into an organization, this continues to be an area where many continue to grapple with – how do we create effective managers? What makes a manager effective and vice-versa?
