CULTURAL ALIGNMENT

Brief Description

The values of an organization in particular, are so important that in many cases, they determine what the organization will or will not do or tolerate. It is therefore very critical that all employees subscribe to these values. The more aligned employees are towards these values, the more likely they are to translate these values into their behaviours and actions at work.
