BUILDING A WINNING TEAM
Brief Description
Having a team that is strong and integrated whose values and purposes are fully aligned towards achieving the organization’s goals is a dream for many. Often, when everything else is equal, having such a team will make a big difference. However, in many organizations, this is a challenge and the bigger they are, so is the size of the challenge. So what does it take really to align our teams and more importantly, sustain that going forward? What are the characteristics of a winning team and how do we build one together?
• Internalize the concept of performing with limited resources and changing environment focusing on creativity, support, motivation,
clear and open communication in team performance.
• Experience increased motivation & commitment through higher team integration created in fun & engaging environment.
• Work together to formulate a plan to embed winning team values and characteristics at work.

Methodology/ Duration
This workshop will be conducted off-site using a combination of indoor and outdoor lecture, discussions, break-out groups, assignments and simulation activities/ games.Typical duration is 3 days 2 nights.
