GOAL SETTING & ACTION PLANNING



Brief Description
All strategies and goals of an organization often has to be turned into smaller goals and actions by different functions and teams which will eventually roll-up into meeting the larger goals and aspirations of that organization. On a similar note, all initiatives, projects, problem-solving effort, etc. require people to set effective goals and actions plan. As such, good goal setting and action planning skills are very important to ensure that the bigger organizational goals are met.
