MANAGING LARGE TEAMS EFFECTIVELY
Brief Description
Most managers do not usually have problems managing a small number of staff where they could monitor and direct the staff activities and performance personally. However, as the managers go up the ladder and the number of people they manage becomes larger, they start facing management challenges as they no longer can direct, supervise, control and evaluate each of the team members personally. Instead, this now has to be done through other people. Many a times, the line between micro-managing and completely losing control can be blurry.
